How Our Process Works

1. Planning

Modern lawn care and landscaping website layout for Monroe Media.

Before anything else, we map out the journey your visitors will take from the moment they arrive.

What are they looking for? What might make them hesitate? What does it take to earn their confidence?

These are the questions that guide our very first project session — a Wireframe Workshop where we present an initial structural blueprint of your site and spend roughly 1.5–2 hours collaborating on the direction together.

2. Design

Depending on who we’re trying to reach, there are often multiple visual directions that could genuinely resonate with your audience and establish credibility with them.

In this phase, we put several of those directions in front of you and work together to land on the one that feels right.

Whether we’re building within your current brand framework or throwing out the rulebook and starting fresh — we’re flexible either way.

With the designs locked in, we move into development — translating everything we’ve crafted visually into a fully functional website.

We primarily build in two modern platforms: WordPress and Shopify, tailoring our choice to your specific needs.

Throughout this phase, we ensure the experience holds up beautifully across every device — from large desktop monitors down to the smallest phone screens.
